The basic and most common NDT methods are: Visual Testing (VT) Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) Radiographic Testing (RT) Ultrasonic Testing (UT) The certification of NDT professionals is based on three (3) international standards: SNT-TC-1A ISO9712:2012 PCN Through IVEPE-SEV's collaboration with the British Institute of Non Destructive Testing and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, all professionals are able to get certified by any method and on any standard they want.
